Work on recreatioanl park launch in Baghlan

PUL-E-KHOMRI, Jul 31, 2018: The construction work on a recreational park in Pul-i-Khumri City began based on president's decree at a cost of 9 million afghanis, its 7 million funding by Presidential Palace in Baghlan province.
